Use of this website

This website is operated by Horse Veterinarian Pty Ltd. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Not veterinary advice

The content on this website — including the on-site chat assistant — is general information only and is not a substitute for veterinary advice tailored to your specific horse. For anything clinical, please contact Dr. Willi directly or, in an emergency, your nearest 24-hour equine clinic.

No after-hours service

The practice operates Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm. We do not provide after-hours emergency veterinary services. Please plan accordingly and have the contact details of your nearest 24-hour equine clinic on hand.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we reply to confirm. We reserve the right to decline a booking — for example, where a case is outside the scope of a mobile practice, or where the geographic area is outside our usual range.

Cancellations: please give at least 24 hours' notice for routine visits. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, communicated in advance.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Pre-purchase exam reports are released after payment in full.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and other content on this website are owned by Horse Veterinarian Pty Ltd or used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish material from this site without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising out of reliance on information published on this website. For our veterinary services, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
